Rabbi Shmuel & Chana Veffer
The Veffers made aliyah from Toronto in 1983 and spent the next fifteen years living, working and raising a family in Israel. They developed a passion and love for Eretz Yisrael. In 1998 they moved to Toronto as Rabbi and Rebbetzen to help build the Village Shul community. In addition to hosting hundreds of guests in their home they gained over a decade of experience working as a speakers, event organizers and business people in the Torah world. As inventors of the KosherLamp and founders of their Kosher Innovations business Reb Shmuel and Chana have built a reputation for providing outstanding client service.
In the summer of 2009, the Veffers sold their business and returned to Israel. Their dream was always to live in the Galilee and chose Yavne’el because it provided all the conveniences of Tiberias, the comfort of country living and the full facilities of a religious community. Yavne’el in the lower Galilee is literally the gateway to the North and a perfect place to base your vacation.
Their home, Villa Rimona, has four bedrooms in which they host their own children and grandchildren. In addition to the Villa, there are three comfortable self-contained Zimmers with their own private entrances and gardens. Reb Shmuel and Chana look forward to hosting you at Villa Rimona.
